This Petit Verdot perfectly pairs with grilled poultry as well as with traditional game meat: hare civet or a delicate rabbit confit with herbs. Bouillabaisse soup or tuna with tomato provide an interesting contrast highlighting its originality.
Of a ruby red with violet reflections, this wine displays an intense aroma with notes of cassis, ripe black currants and sweet spices. Untoasted oak barrels provide subtle, well-integrated notes that allow it to express its personality in all its potential.
