Following the Covid-19 pandemic, we are once again present at the main international fairs of the wine world. On this occasion, we traveled to New York to participate in Great Wines of the World, an exclusive event organized by James Suckling, one of the most important referents of the industry that every year awards the world’ s best wines.
The event was held at The Altman Building in downtown Manhattan, and it was a great opportunity to present some of our most outstanding wines such as Tannat Single Vineyard, Albariño Single Vineyard, Pinot Noir Rosé Reserva and Balasto, one of the Grands Vins du Monde. During the event we were visited by important figures such as Michael Osborn, Founder & Executive Vice President of Wine.com, Mark Giordano, President of Pacific Highway Wines, our importer in the United States, and James Suckling, organizer and host of the event with whom we tasted Balasto.
It is a great pride for the entire Garzón team to continue positioning our wines in the five continents and representing Uruguay in these events, being the only Uruguayan winery that participated in this edition.
