Pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, such as shrimp from the shores of Rocha, prawns, and Provençal mussels, thanks to its delicate acidity. It is a perfect companion for ceviche, cured local fish, or tiradito from José Ignacio’s coastline. Additionally, it perfectly complements Asian cuisine, such as Sashimis and Nigiris, among others. As a dry, full-bodied white wine, it also enhances a variety of green salads, citrus, and tropical dishes, as well as soft cheeses like creamy goat cheese.
