Pairing

This iconic, refreshing, versatile, Italic wine pairs well with summer and traditional dishes, such as pasta and risottos. Seafood and vegetable antipastos, seafood salads or marinated octopus are classic combinations. Other delicacies, such as the Fritto Misto (fried fish with vegetables) or the British fish and chips also make an impression when paired with this wine. Ethnic dishes such as pasta a la frutti di mare, cream and fresh tomato make it stand out. A good spring risotto with vegetables and crispy asparagus or sushi are also possible combinations.
