Bodega Garzón partners with London restaurant UNA

Bodega Garzón and Bodega Argento partnered with UNA, a pop-up restaurant inspired by Latin American cuisine located in the legendary St. Pancras Clock Tower in London.

Premium Latin American wine estates, Bodega Argento and Bodega Garzón, have come together in London to be part of UNA, a restaurant in the series of exclusive Supper Clubs.

 

Located underneath the St. Pancras Clock Tower, a London icon, this pop-up restaurant offers a delicious six course tasting menu paired with wines from Mendoza, carefully selected from Bodega Argento, as well as wines from the Pueblo Garzón area in Maldonado, Uruguay, produced by Bodega Garzón.

All of this is organised by one of the most renowned Argentine chefs, Martín Milesi, who has extensive experience working for the most important restaurants in his country and teaching gastronomy at one of its most prestigious schools: the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy, partner of l’École Lenôtre.

Latin American flavours

Highlighting the cultural diversity of Latin America, guests will be invited on a journey throughout some of the most delicious and unique flavours of the region, beneath the chimes of the mythic St. Pancras, with charming views of various parts of the city. The concept behind this experience is a single table with 12 guests enjoying a unique approach to Latin American flavours served with wine from two of the leading producers in the area.

Each of the six classical and conceptual dishes is inspired by the diverse Latin American cuisines. On arrival, diners are welcomed with an exclusive cocktail, followed by a Cassava amuse-bouche with Argento Malbec Rosé, and delicious dishes including a vegetable Escabeche and cod with coconut milk paired up with Garzón Albariño, as well as beef served with the traditional flavours of the Esquinas de Argento Malbec.

The wines, combined with my dishes, help create an exclusive gastronomical experience for each of the guests, inspired by the rich cultural diversity of Latin America.
