Towards the end of August, Bodega Garzón will carry out a series of events in Hong Kong to present Balasto, its iconic wine. A great opportunity to continue promoting Uruguayan wines in Asia, one of the most attractive and fast-growing markets in the world.
This time, we will be joined by renowned Argentinian Chef Francis Mallmann, Director of the restaurant of Bodega Garzón, who will cook a special menu in the famous Derby Restaurant, where Garzón will host its Wine Dinner Gala with Mallmann, on September 1st, to present this wine that has been praised by experts, obtaining 94 points by James Suckling and 96 points by Patricio Tapia in his Descorchados guide.
