At Bodega Garzón, one of Uruguay’s privileged places, where visitors can enjoy excellent wine and gastronomy, Francis Mallmann, renowned Argentinian chef and culinary director of the restaurant at Bodega Garzón, gave a talk about his view on the future of gastronomy.

In a very special year, in which Covid-19 pandemic almost stopped the world, at Bodega Garzón we continued working in pursuit of expanding markets and taking Uruguayan wines to the world.
In this unusual year, Bodega Garzón continues being committed to the best of the world golf, which gathered the region’s most outstanding players.
