Intense red color with carmine reflections, this wine presents an elegant nose with fresh notes reminiscent of red and black fruits such as plums and blackberries with a finish of eucalyptus and mint. On the palate, its personality is austere, with present but integrated tannins, mineral and subtly saline notes, faithful reflections of a terroir of exceptional characteristics.

This red wine is rich in ripe red fruit with juicy, soft tannins, making it an ideal companion for grilled dishes like rack of lamb with couscous, ribeye steak, grilled flank steak, or barbecue-style cuts. It also pairs perfectly with charcuterie, such as lamb empanadas with tomato chutney, salami, chorizo, and prosciutto—intense and spiced flavors that blend beautifully with the wine’s richness. It also goes well with chocolate with high coca purity and slightly spiced aged cheeses like Colonia Parmesan, Pecorino, or La Vigna Jersey cheese. The soft, delicate tannins complement the richness of the chocolate and cheese.
