Field Blend Rosé
With its delicate pale pink colour, this wine authentically embodies the expression of the grape varieties that compose it. Grenache, Cinsaut and Mouvedre were harvested and vinified at the same time, resulting in a fresh and fruity wine with notes of cherries and flowers. This wine has a rich natural acidity and a mineral finish that evokes its terroir of origin.
Pairing
They are great as an aperitif accompanying a tapenade, crispy grilled prawns, crostini with olive oil and cherry tomatoes, or a fresh goat cheese toast. They can also accompany mild dishes such as a Niçoise salad, grilled sole or even a lightly spiced Moroccan couscous, enhancing the flavours of this elegant wine. And as for the classics of Provençal cuisine, the combination with ratatouille (fried vegetables), Alioli Provençal (cod, seafood and the famous aioli sauce), grilled sardines or Bourride (typical French fish and vegetable soup) is a must. For dessert, a cold soup of raspberries and tropical fruits, flavoured with a touch of mint, is perfect for bringing out their freshness.
