Learn to make simple, local recipes with Punta del Este most exclusive staff
You will learn how to prepare simple and regional recipes, using techniques taught by Francis to our team. Exclusive dishes will be prepared using organic ingredients, coming from local farms, using the best ingredients that nature provides us with in each season. This experience begins with a tour through the interior of Bodega Garzón and finishes with a lunch in the restaurant, enjoying the dishes prepared and recipes learned in the class, paired with wines from the Reserva and Single Vineyard lines.
