Pairing
This classic Albariño from the Atlantic coast is a fresh, aromatic wine that pairs wonderfully with all types of seafood typical of Uruguay’s shores, such as grilled shrimp, prawns, Rocha crab arancinis, corvina tartare with avocado and mango, and fresh salads. In Spain, it complements octopus, especially in the Galician style. It also works well with light dishes like ceviche, carpaccio, or Andalusian-style garlic gazpacho. When it comes to cheese, we recommend soft and delicate options like cow’s milk Tetilla and creamy burrata.
