Tim Atkin, Master of Wine, is one of the most renowned international critics who year after year presents his annual report on Uruguayan wines, rating the best ones.
In this 2023 edition, the 98 points awarded to Balasto, one of the Grands Vins du Monde presented at Place de Bordeaux, a place reserved for the world’s best wines, stand out. In addition, 97 points were awarded to Petit Clos Cabernet Franc and 96 points to Petit Clos Tannat.
