The 2025 harvest will be remembered as the most outstanding in our history. A combination of favora- ble weather conditions, the dedication of our team, and the authenticity of our terroir resulted in wines with great character, deep color, and vibrant acidity that highlights the freshness of our region.
Spring was cool, allowing for harmonious vineyard development. The absence of adverse weather events led to even flowering and balan- ced fruit set, laying the foundation for an excep- tional harvest.
Summer brought ideal conditions. Stable weather and cool nights early in the season promoted slow, complete ripening.
Supplementary irrigation was applied with precision throughout the cycle, ensuring the optimal water balance for each grape variety.
Harvest began on January 23rd and concluded on March 21st with the last red varieties. Every harvest decision was carefully planned to achie- ve peak ripeness in both tannins and aromas. The result: wines with smooth tannins, remarka- ble aromatic expression, and a natural acidity that faithfully reflects our terroir.
Over the years, we have observed how minerali- ty has become increasingly evident, establishing itself as one of the most distinctive characteris- tics of our wines.
We are proud to say that the 2025 vintage truly showcases the full potential of Bodega Garzón’s unique terroir.
