Puck en Bodega Garz\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 18 de enero recibimos en Bodega Garz\u00f3n a Wolfgang Puck, uno de los chefs m\u00e1s aplaudidos y respetados del mundo, invitado por Francis Mallmann, nuestro Chef Ambassador.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El creador del c\u00e9lebre restaurante Spago de Los \u00c1ngeles (dos estrellas Michelin), CUT de Beverly Hills (una estrella Michelin) y de un imperio gourmet que se ha extendido en todo el mundo, lleg\u00f3 a Sudam\u00e9rica por primera vez eligiendo a Uruguay como destino, por la entra\u00f1able amistad con Mallmann y la oportunidad de cocinar en el restaurante de \u00a0la Mejor Bodega del Nuevo Mundo 2018 seg\u00fan Wine Enthusiast.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El gran chef de los Oscar<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Puck no s\u00f3lo es reconocido por su excelente gastronom\u00eda y su carisma, sino que adem\u00e1s es el chef elegido para la Cena de Gala de los Premios Oscar, y ha conquistado la pantalla chica con su programa Cooking Class with Wolfgang Puck y como jurado en Top Chef, Master Chef y Hell\u2019s Kitchen de la TV de Estados Unidos y hasta se ha interpretado a s\u00ed mismo en series como Frasier y Las Vegas.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En este gran evento que tuvo toda su capacidad colmada, \u00a0Puck sirvi\u00f3 un men\u00fa de Spago, su restaurante m\u00e1s famoso que incluy\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Amuse: Mousse de Foie Grass en Tartelleta de Miso y relleno de Ciruela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Primer paso: Hielo de lemongrass y jengibre, tiradito de lenguado, tapioca marinado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Segundo paso: Lech\u00f3n org\u00e1nico confitado en su grasa, almejas de Rocha y chicharr\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tercer paso: Plantin, trufas negras de Francia, gnocchi de ricotta y huevo perfecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cuarto paso: Corvina rubia en \u201cbolsa fata\u201d, caldo de tomate y remolacha, aceite de cebolla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Quinto paso: Costilla de cordero, frutos secos y semillas, duraznos y
