Summer bruschetti with olive oil to serve with aromatic white wine.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bodegagarzon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Mushroom-on-small-breads-_-PREVIEW.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2520\" src=\"https:\/\/bodegagarzon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Mushroom-on-small-breads-_-PREVIEW.jpg\" alt=\"Bruschettas\" width=\"751\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bruchettas de hongos portobello<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Slices of French-style baguette as needed \u2013 \u2013 250 g sliced portobello mushrooms &#8211; -Fresh thyme \u2013 \u2013 Colinas de Garz\u00f3n extra virgin olive oil, Italian blend \u2013 \u2013 Black pepper<\/p>\n<p><u>Preparation instructions:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Prepare a portobello mushroom ragout. Preheat oven to 200\u00baC. Place baguette slices coated with Colinas de Garz\u00f3n Italian Blend extra virgin olive oil on a baking sheet. Cover them with the ragout and bake 8-10 minutes. After removing, place on serving tray and garnish with fresh thyme. Serve immediately after spraying with olive oil and freshly ground pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Serve these <strong>delicious olive oil summer bruschetti with a glass of Garz\u00f3n Viognier<\/strong>. The fruit bouquet of the Viognier variety is an excellent match for the earthy and herbal amuse-bouche flavour provided by the portobello mushrooms. Or spread some ragout on a Mexican style quesadilla with spicy chilli, and serve it with a glass of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bodegagarzon.com\/en\/wines\/pinot-noir-rose-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Garz\u00f3n Pinot Noir Ros\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toasted bread slices with spiced red beans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enjoy this delicious and healthy recipe. Quick and easy to prepare, this is the perfect dish to entertain the palate between glasses of wine. Colinas de Garz\u00f3n Italian Blend extra virgin olive oil provides it with its exquisite and magnificent taste.<\/p>\n<p><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>250 g cooked red beans \u2013 \u2013 2 finely chopped garlic cloves \u2013 \u2013 Fresh thyme \u2013 \u2013 \u00bc tbsp. whole cumin seeds or ground cumin \u2013 \u2013 a pinch of red pepper \u2013 -1 tbsp. white vinegar \u2013 \u2013 \u00bc tsp. coffee or organic sugar \u2013 \u2013 \u00bc tsp. sea salt \u2013 \u2013 \u00bc tsp. freshly ground black pepper \u2013 \u2013 balsamic vinegar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toasted bread slices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u><a href=\"https:\/\/bodegagarzon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/pate.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2521 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/bodegagarzon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/pate-1024x679.jpg\" alt=\"pate\" width=\"750\" height=\"497\" \/><\/a><\/u><\/p>\n<p><u>Preparation instructions:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Process cooked red beans until they become a smooth paste and put them aside. Add <strong>Colinas de Garz\u00f3n Italian Blend extra virgin olive oil<\/strong>, the cumin seeds and the chopped garlic on a pan. Allow to brown for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add the rest of the spices.<\/p>\n<p>Mix above preparation with red bean paste. Add ground black pepper, salt and balsamic vinegar. Rectify if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Serve in pots to accompany thin bread slices or country bread slices.
