Attendees enjoyed the wine paired with <strong>Polanco caviar<\/strong>, sourced from the waters of the R\u00edo Negro in Uruguay, <strong>Wagyu mini-burgers<\/strong> paired with <strong>Balasto<\/strong>, and special tastings of other labels such <strong>as Albari\u00f1o Reserva , Pinot Noir Ros\u00e9 Reserva and Tannat Single Vineyard.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event featured the notable presence of <strong>Mr. Alejandro P.
